From boiling to frozen

From Boiling to Frozen: A man throws boiling water into the air in Saskatchewan during a typical mid-winter, -40c day. The amazing result speaks for itself.

Very cool video, but i don’t think this year Sask even got below 30. I think George Bush is wrong and global warming is happening!

Sask didn’t get to 40-below? I wonder if the description meant fahrenheit. Bonus points if you know what 40-below zero fahrenheit is in celcius. (no peeking!) ;-) LOL. As I’m used to saying in China: “我不知道。” (I don’t know.)

I’m not sure I remember Bush stating that global warming isn’t happening, but it is nice to see that, despite his other controversial decisions, his government has had the tenacity to significantly reduce greenhouse emmissions. Canadians can look no farther than south of their border to see that no amount of lame-duck posturing by the Liberal Party of Canada in 13 years of rule could make Kyoto worth the paper Jean Chretien wasted taxpayer money on by signing. I know there is a substantial knee-jerk reaction within Canada against anything labelled “American”; however, I hope that as the USA actually improves it’s environmental situation, those demagogues north of the 49 might consider putting aside their so-called principled opposition and opening their minds to proposals that actually have a track record of suceess. It’s exciting to think that the new Canadian government has a chance to take a new direction and improve upon what the Americans have done. Too bad Canada missed a chance to set the bar.

Yeah he actually went on record as saying that. Crazy Texan. I guess Science wasn’t his strong class….wait in fact school wasn’t his strongest….um never mind.

It sounds like a fried ice-cream.^_^

I never thought of that. I do love fried ice-cream though. Many Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver serve fried ice-cream. *drool* :-)
